PRODUCT MANAGER | TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Digybite is a company that offers online ordering solutions for restaurants. Digybite has two types of products: web online ordering and online ordering app. It provides services to restaurants to have their own website and app. Leadership: I manage a team of 5 individuals, with 3 members in the technical team and 2 in charge of key accounts reporting directly to me. In addition, I play a role in creating roadmaps and providing advice for developments related to the product. Also, I’m leading daily meetings, creating dashboards, and tracking tickets on JIRA. Strategy & Vision: Responsible for 3-6 months of product roadmaps, leader of internal product initiatives, and go-to person for product strategy, vision, and execution. Hiring & People Development: I successfully completed the onboarding processes for the 3 junior and 2 mid-level team members I hired, prepared necessary documents and training materials, and contributed to their becoming indispensable members of the company. Two of the junior team members were selected as employees of the month. Planning: Creating a project in Jira dedicated to tracking requests alongside our main project has significantly enhanced communication and success between the key account and technical team. It has also provided us with the opportunity to track request resolution time. Additionally, to improve ticket quality and reduce ticket creation time, I established a project called CS Inbox, streamlining error reporting to the QA team to make it more standardized. Mentorship: During our weekly meetings with team members, we allocate the last 10 minutes as a feedback session. We discuss how they can improve themselves and contribute to the development of the company. I also assign tasks for their weekly personal development.

Roy Robson is a German menswear company that aims to achieve digital transformation in production. Project needs: As someone new to the textile industry, I initially spent time on the production lines to observe what people need and to understand the manual processes that other textile engineers follow throughout the day. Subsequently, I created a roadmap based on the identified needs and created a prioritization list. Doğtaş is the number one furniture manufacturing company in Turkey. They use SAP as their ERP program and wanted to create a supplier portal to communicate with their suppliers in the same language. I managed this project. Project needs: I conducted numerous visits to suppliers to observe their needs and understand how orders were processed on our end based on specific information. Subsequently, I utilized SAP’s Fiori solution to establish a direct integration through SAP, creating a comprehensive dashboard. I created a roadmap, process flow diagrams, and a user guide for suppliers. I provided dashboard training to 82 suppliers. Communication & Managing the Tech Team: In this project, we collaborated both with Doğtaş’s technology team and a 3rd-party SAP consulting company. Throughout the process, I managed task tracking, feature and bug assignments, and shared roadmaps with both parties, overseeing the project from its inception to completion.

PROJECT INTERN

Turkish Airlines is the top airline company in Turkey and the 6th best airline in Europe. I was involved in the implementation process of a project as an intern, focusing on the automatic assignment of personnel for the maintenance and cleaning of aircraft in ground services.
